When Pamela & Tony first approached me to be their wedding coordinator, I was touched by their love for each other and their excitement for the big day. They where at a stage were they had done all they knew to do and where in need of guidance to fill the gaps and provide direction. I knew that our wedding support and on the day coordination package would be the perfect fit for them. From the moment we met (via zoom), I knew that working with them was going to be a truly special and meaningful experience. As we started putting the pieces together and bringing their vision to life, it became clear that their love for each other was the foundation of everything we were going to do.

Getting Pam ready was a special moments, the wedding dress was so beautiful , and seeing Pam go from everyday attire to a stunning bride was a lovely experience. As a planner, the morning prep is so important, it sets the tone for the rest of the wedding day for the bride & groom. My team and I are there to make sure that the bride feels confident, beautiful, and comfortable in her dress. This is especially important on a day that is all about the bride, the groom and their happiness.
Pam & Tony had an intimate church ceremony surrounded by their loved ones.

Pam & Tony had a beautiful drinks reception, some of the focal points where the canapés & catering by Taste Haven & cocktails by Ravissant cocktails who also ran the drinks service during dinner. The wedding stationery was another feature which the groom was very specific about, it showed the couples personality and added to all the details.
One of the main things we were bought on to do was to advise and help with the decor & flowers. Pam had already chosen a florist Fiona Curry flowers, who we’d worked with before one of Froyle parks recommended vendors. However Fiona Curry only supplied flowers and for the look Pam and Tony wanted we needed to hire in some more decor items to ensure the look was complete. The reception was perfect Folly Fresh was the wedding MC and helped bring the evenings activities together. The cutting of the cake was very special, the couple had chosen their favourite flavours and it didn’t just taste great but looking beautiful, Nicky’s Buttercup Bakery made the wedding cake.
